EB Evi, kurgusunu bulunduğu arazi koşulları ve çevresel verilerle kurduğu hassas diyaloğa dayandıran bir konut tasarımıdır. Proje, topografya ile büyük müdahalelerden kaçınan bir yerleşim stratejisi üzerinden şekillenir; yapının kütlesi, doğal konturların izlerini takip ederek arazi karakterini güçlendirir. Böylece yapı, çevresiyle bütünleşen dengeli bir mimari varlık olarak konumlanır. Planlama yaklaşımı, iç ve dış mekân arasındaki sürekli bağa odaklanır. Yaşam alanları, doğal ışığı en verimli şekilde içeri taşımak üzere yönlendirilirken, stratejik açıklıklar çevresel manzaraya güçlü görsel ilişkiler kurar. Mimari dil, yalın ve ölçülü kütle düzenlemeleri ile minimal çizgilerin birleşiminden oluşur. Malzeme paleti yerel bağlama duyarlı seçilerek doğanın dokusuyla kurulan diyalogu destekler; taş, ahşap ve beton gibi doğal öğeler, yapının çevresiyle uyumunu güçlendirir. EB Evi, çevresel verilerin tasarım kararlarına yansıdığı; dokusal ve mekânsal zenginlik ile sakin, çağdaş bir yaşam deneyimini bir arada sunan nitelikli bir konut önerisidir.
EB House is a residential design grounded in a sensitive dialogue with the site conditions and environmental data of its location. The project is shaped through a settlement strategy that avoids major interventions into the topography; the building mass follows the natural contours of the land, reinforcing the character of the site. In this way, the house is positioned as a balanced architectural presence that integrates seamlessly with its surroundings. The planning approach focuses on establishing a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Living areas are oriented to maximize the use of natural daylight, while carefully placed openings create strong visual connections with the surrounding landscape. The architectural language is defined by restrained massing and minimal lines. A material palette selected with sensitivity to the local context supports the dialogue with nature; natural elements such as stone, wood, and concrete enhance the building’s harmony with its environment. EB House reflects a design process in which environmental data directly informs architectural decisions, offering a calm and contemporary living experience enriched by both spatial and material depth.
