M35, Bodrum’un özgün arazi karakteri ve çevresel koşullarını tasarımın merkezine alan bir konut projesidir. Projenin planlaması, kullanıcı gereksinimlerini ve arazinin doğal eğimini dikkatle okuyarak biçimlenir; böylece yapının yerleşimi ve mekânsal örgüsü, mevcut topografyayla organik bir uyum içinde ilerler. Zeminin eğimi, yapının farklı kotlarda çözülmesine olanak tanıyarak iç ve dış mekânların ritmik bir ilişki kurmasına imkân verir. Proje, arazi eğimini takip eden kademeli bir planlama üzerine oturur; bu yaklaşım, konut birimlerinin her birinde güçlü görsel bağlar kurulmasına ve doğal ışık kullanımının maksimize edilmesine imkân tanır. Yerel iklim koşullarına cevap veren hacimler, dış mekânlarla kesintisiz ilişkiler kurarak yaşam deneyimini tanımlar. M35’te iç mekân konforu, dış çevrenin ritmiyle doğrudan ilişkilendirilir, böylece her bir birim kullanıcıya hem mahremiyet hem de açık çevreyle sürekli bir diyalog sunar. Mimari dil, yalın ve net bir ifade üzerine kuruludur. Doğal malzeme tercihleri ve minimal çizgiler, yapının çevresiyle kurduğu bağın sadeliğini ve doğallığını güçlendirir. Strüktürel netlik ve ölçülü detaylar, fonksiyon ile form arasında dengeli bir mimari çözüm üretir. M35, arazi eğimi ve kullanıcı gereksinimlerini mimari stratejisinin merkezine alan tasarımıyla Bodrum’un bağlamında çağdaş, yerel ve duyarlı bir konut önerisidir.
M35 is a residential project that places Bodrum’s distinctive site character and environmental conditions at the center of its design approach. The planning is shaped through a careful reading of user requirements and the natural slope of the land; as a result, the building’s layout and spatial organization develop in organic harmony with the existing topography. The site’s inclination allows the building to be resolved across different levels, enabling a rhythmic relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The project is based on a terraced planning strategy that follows the natural slope of the terrain, allowing each residential unit to establish strong visual connections and maximizing the use of natural daylight. Volumes responsive to local climatic conditions define the living experience by forming continuous relationships with outdoor spaces. In M35, interior comfort is directly linked to the rhythm of the surrounding environment, offering each unit both privacy and an ongoing dialogue with the open landscape. The architectural language is founded on clarity and restraint. Natural material selections and minimal lines reinforce the building’s sense of simplicity and its connection to the surroundings. Structural clarity and carefully measured detailing create a balanced architectural resolution between function and form. M35 presents a contemporary, context-sensitive residential proposal for Bodrum, shaped by a design strategy that places site slope and user needs at its core.
