Yeniköy Villa kapsamında TAas, şantiye şefliği ve teknik danışmanlık hizmetleri sunmuştur. Proje sürecinde, mimari tasarımın uygulamaya doğru ve kontrollü biçimde aktarılması, saha çalışmalarının koordinasyonu ve teknik kararların değerlendirilmesi temel çalışma alanlarını oluşturmuştur. Şantiye şefliği kapsamında, imalat süreçlerinin proje doğrultusunda ilerlemesi takip edilmiş; sahadaki uygulamalar ile teknik gereklilikler arasındaki uyumun sağlanmasına yönelik çalışmalar yürütülmüştür. Teknik danışmanlık hizmetleriyle de uygulama sırasında ortaya çıkan teknik konular değerlendirilerek çözüm süreçlerine katkı sağlanmıştır. TAas’ın projedeki rolü, saha organizasyonu, uygulama takibi ve teknik koordinasyonu bir arada ele alarak projenin uygulama sürecinin kontrollü ve tutarlı biçimde ilerlemesini desteklemeye odaklanmıştır.
Maya Evleri Bodrum is a residential project in which TAas played an active role in translating the architectural design into built form. TAas was responsible for preparing the architectural construction drawings, coordinating different project disciplines through overlay and coordination studies, and translating the interior design into practice. The architectural construction drawings developed the design decisions into technical details suitable for implementation on site. Through overlay studies, drawings from different disciplines were reviewed and coordinated to identify and resolve potential clashes. Interior design decisions were also further detailed and translated into practical solutions for implementation. During construction, TAas carried out periodic site supervision to monitor the implementation of the project and assess its consistency with the design intent. These activities supported coordination between architectural details, interior fit-out works, and technical requirements. Through its involvement, TAas played an active role in the technical development of the design, interdisciplinary coordination, and the translation of architectural and interior design decisions into built form.
Yeniköy Villa is a project for which TAas provided construction site management and technical consultancy services. The primary focus was to ensure the accurate and controlled implementation of the architectural design, coordinate on-site activities, and assess technical decisions throughout the construction process. As part of its site management responsibilities, TAas monitored construction activities to ensure that the works progressed in accordance with the project documentation and technical requirements. Through its technical consultancy services, TAas also evaluated technical issues arising during construction and contributed to the development of appropriate solutions. TAas’s role focused on bringing together site organization, construction supervision, and technical coordination to support the consistent and controlled execution of the project.
