Engin Restoran, kullanıcı deneyimini ön planda tutan, iç mekân ve cephe tasarımı birlikte ele alınarak kurgulanmış çağdaş bir yeme–içme mekânıdır. Proje, restoranın kentle kurduğu ilişkiyi güçlendiren davetkâr bir cephe dili ile, içeride sıcak, dengeli ve akışkan bir mekânsal atmosfer oluşturmayı amaçlar. Tasarım yaklaşımı, mekânın sosyal kullanım potansiyelini artıran açık ve okunabilir bir organizasyon üzerine kuruludur. İç mekânda oturma düzenleri, dolaşım alanları ve kullanıcı yoğunluğu dikkate alınarak farklı kullanım senaryolarına cevap veren esnek bir kurgu oluşturulmuştur. Mekânın farklı bölümleri arasında kurulan görsel süreklilik, restoran deneyimini bütüncül bir yapıya dönüştürür. Cephe tasarımında açıklık oranları, malzeme tercihleri ve ışık kullanımı birlikte değerlendirilmiş; yapının dış mekânla kurduğu ilişki güçlendirilmiştir. İç mekânda tercih edilen doğal dokular, nötr yüzeyler ve kontrollü aydınlatma kararları, sıcak ve zamansız bir atmosfer oluştururken, günün farklı saatlerinde değişen mekânsal deneyimlere olanak sağlar. Engin Restoran, sade ancak güçlü bir mimari dil aracılığıyla; iç mekân, cephe ve kullanıcı deneyimini birlikte ele alan, çağdaş bir restoran mekânı olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Engin Restaurant is a contemporary dining space where interior and façade design are conceived together to create a cohesive and user-oriented spatial experience. The project aims to establish a welcoming architectural identity through a façade language that strengthens the restaurant’s relationship with the city, while generating a warm, balanced, and fluid atmosphere within the interior. The design approach is based on a clear and legible spatial organization that enhances the social potential of the venue. Seating arrangements, circulation areas, and varying levels of user density are carefully considered to create a flexible layout capable of responding to different usage scenarios. The visual continuity established between different parts of the interior transforms the dining experience into a unified spatial composition. In the façade design, proportions of openings, material selections, and the use of light are considered together to reinforce the building’s relationship with the exterior environment. Within the interior, natural textures, neutral surfaces, and controlled lighting decisions create a warm and timeless atmosphere, allowing the space to offer different spatial experiences throughout the day. Through a restrained yet strong architectural language, Engin Restaurant is designed as a contemporary dining environment that brings together interior space, façade design, and user experience within a unified architectural approach.
